How do I purchase one your pieces?

I have a customer file I'd like cut (or found one online), what format do you use?

Our preferred file format is SVG, but we can convert between most formats.

 

Who do you use for shipping?

We proudly use Canada Post for our shipping needs and we wrap all goods for shipping depending on the item and it's shipping option. Customers are welcome to pay for a desired alternative shipper or preferred packaging at their expense.

I found a design online, can you purchase and cut it?

Email us at woodworkingbysian@shaw.ca with a link to the item and we can discuss either a deposit to justify the purchase or we may purchase the design because we love it so much (with no deposit)! We love finding new designs, reach out!
